To move your Fonts & Colors theme you need to copy

~/Library/Developer/Xcode/UserData/FontAndColorThemes/yourTheme.dvtcolortheme

file from one system to another.

For Xcode preferences as mentioned by one of the answers, you need to copy

~/Library/Preferences/com.apple.dt.Xcode.plist
