Accomodation Rules

Rules 1-8

  • Accommodation is available from 12th March 12 PM till 15th March 8 AM.
  • Only those participants have filled the ONLINE ACCOMODATION FORM will be provided with Accomdation.
  • The cost of accommodations is Rs.100 per Day per Head . This is applicable to all participants irrespective of the location/type of accommodations.
  • The number of days for which accommodations will be charged, is on the basis of check-in/check-out timings, and are not subject to negotiation.
  • The accomodation would be separate for Girls and Boys regardless of team composition.
  • The slots for the accommodations will be uploaded on the website & Mobile App. Participants are requested to check their allotted slots well in advance. The slots are available on the Android App as well, so it is advisable to download it for your convenience.
  • On arriving in Mumbai, you must contact the accommodations in-charge who will direct you to the accommodations. Further from that, a volunteer will be assigned to guide you while travelling.
  • Please do carry a pillow and blanket of your own. Accommodations are only for Participants and Delegates not for any other accompanying persons.

    • Rules 9-12

  • They will be provided ONLY for the number of days specified in the form that you submitted online.No changes in the number of days, reduction or extension, will be allowed.
  • If you wish to arrive in Mumbai beforehand, or stay back for a few days after the event, you will be required to make your own plans without our assistance.
  • The accommodations will be provided only to the person whose name is specified in the form. You will not be allowed to claim accommodations in someone else's place, under any conditions. If any participants wish to back out, or cancel the plans, without prior notice, the accommodations cannot be transferred to someone else, and will not be cancelled.
  • You are required to pay the fees for accommodations while entering the premises, in CASH ONLY, in EXACT CHANGE, to the OYCE accommodations in-charge ONLY. You must pay the fees in person, on the day of arrival. No post-payment is allowed. Do not pay the fees to the hotel manager or other persons. In case of any queries/problems, you must contact the OYCE volunteers FIRST, and direct all issues to them, not the hotel managers.

    • Rules 13-19

  • Any refusal to pay will result in immediate cancellation of your bookings.
  • The cost of accommodations does not include food or personal travel.
  • We will not provide pick-up/drop services from airports/train/bus stations.
  • In the accommodation premises, certain rules and regulations have to be followed. No alcohol ,intoxicants and non-vegetarian food items will be permitted.
  • Girls and boys are requested to wear decent clothing within the premises.
  • We will be posting volunteers at the premises for your convenience. They will check your bags/baggage and frisk you when you enter. You must co-operate with them.
  • You will be responsible for your own belongings. OYCE is not to blame for your personal negligence.

    • Rules 20-23

  • You must carry the original and one photocopy of any of the following:
    1. College Id Card
    2. Aadhar Card
    3. Driver's license
    4. Voter ID
    5. Passport
  • For your safety, we will be providing a log book/register, in which you must make an entry at your arrival and departure, with your signature, NO EXCEPTIONS.
  • Please carry your college ID and IICHE Student Membership ID.

  • All rules and regulations must be followed diligently. Moreover, you must heed the volunteers present, who are there to help you out and guide you wherever possible. Refusal to comply with rules and the volunteer instructions will result in you being barred from OYCE and our accommodations.
